The house has a terrace facing the Atlantic and one bathroom: it is a house for two, or for two who know each other. These three days are designed never to drive more than half an hour at a stretch.

This itinerary is not written: it is composed. Each day joins a morning and an afternoon from our experiences, chosen by who they suit. If we add a new experience for this profile tomorrow, it joins here on its own.
i.Day 1
A morning · 4–5 h
A morning among dragon trees and stone
Breakfast in the old town, the dragon tree before the crowds, Icod on foot and Garachico for lunch. Four hours, six kilometres of driving.
An afternoon · 3–5 h
A glass of wine before heading back
A winery of the Ycoden-Daute-Isora DO with a booked visit, the wine museum on Plaza de la Pila and dinner in the old town. Wine afternoon, ten minutes away.
ii.Day 2
A morning · 2–3 h
A slow-breakfast morning
The only breakfast in the district with published hours, Garachico's farmers' market on a Sunday, and back to the house with the shopping. No hurry.
An afternoon · 3–5 h
An afternoon under cover
When the north does what the north does: Europe's largest lava tube, a church a hundred metres from the dragon tree and a winery. All booked or under cover.
iii.Day 3
An evening · 3–4 h
Garachico at dusk
The town once the coaches leave: a walk through the listed old quarter, the seafront with the pools below, and dinner at one of its twenty-nine restaurants.
