You reach it on the northern motorway heading towards Icod de los Vinos: it comes just after the Barranco de la Torre tunnel, which you go through after passing El Socorro beach. It overlooks La Grimona beach, the El Socorro coast and Punta del Guindaste, a cliff-lined shore with small terraces above the sea and Puerto de la Cruz in the distance. Birdwatchers come here for the laurel pigeon and Bolle's pigeon.
